At ScentWise, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle refund requests for our Premium subscription service.

1. Digital Product — Instant Delivery

ScentWise Premium is a digital subscription service. Upon successful payment, access to all Premium features is activated immediately and automatically. There is no manual fulfillment or waiting period involved.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to all Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the free tier. No further charges will be applied once cancellation is processed.

To cancel, you can manage your subscription through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal accessible from your account, or contact us directly.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because ScentWise Premium grants instant access to digital content and AI-powered features, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been accessed. However, we understand that circumstances vary, and we evaluate refund requests fairly.

Refunds may be granted if:
— You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
— You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing Premium features, and we were unable to resolve it.
— You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment).
Refunds are generally not available for:
— Subscription renewals (please cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges).
— Dissatisfaction with AI-generated recommendations (as these are subjective and vary by individual preference).
— Partial billing periods after cancellation.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email scentwise.com@gmail.com with the following information: your account email address, the date of the charge in question, and a brief description of the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, and returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
