We're a small team and we read every email personally. Typical response times:
Support & bug reports: Under 24 hours (often same day on weekdays)
Billing & refunds: Under 48 hours, processed through Lemon Squeezy
Press, partnerships, general: 2–3 business days
Weekends & holidays: We may be slower — thank you for your patience.
